Big Guy Garage Doors offers garage door sales and installation for Fairfield County homeowners. The business is veteran-owned and based in New Canaan.

## Choosing a new door

Consider the opening size, style, available materials, colors, windows, insulation and how you use the garage. Check compatibility and the condition of an existing opener before deciding whether it also needs replacement.

Browse the company's [installation gallery](https://bigguygaragedoors.com/gallery/) for actual featured doors, including contemporary and carriage-house styles. Bring preferred styles to the estimate discussion. Photos of your current door and opening can help explain the project.

## Estimate and availability

Share your town, approximate opening size and whether you are replacing an existing door or finishing a new garage. Price and scheduling depend on the selected door and installation requirements. Confirm current product availability with Big Guy.

Not every new garage door requires a new opener. See [opener choices](https://bigguygaragedoors.com/garage-door-openers/) and discuss compatibility. If you are unsure whether to replace the door, first discuss [garage door repair](https://bigguygaragedoors.com/garage-door-repair/).
